About the Owner
Paul Ludwig - Owner
With more than 20 years of experience, Paul Ludwig, owner of PL Building and Remodeling, is dedicated to customer satisfaction. Paul does a variety of different aspects of projects, from CAD designs, to the finishing touches.
Working with a small company has its advantages. Where many companies have 10 or more projects going on at once, PL Building And Remodeling’s motto is one client at a time. This allows Paul to be there every step of the way.
Paul’s resume begins in 1998 when he attended St. Cloud Technical College for Carpentry. After that he began framing custom homes where in a short time was in charge of his own crew. In 2007 Paul switched gears and joined a renowned remodeling company where he learned many new carpentry skills.
In 2018 it was time for the next step, PL Building and Remodeling was born! With all the experience, Paul has developed many relationships with subcontractors from foundations to roofing. Rest assured PL Building and Remodeling can get any job done, and most importantly, done the right way!
